WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?
If you are a reseller or a partner dealer, you can buy our products on our website or via our sales team. If you are an end user of our products, you can buy our products via our partner dealer network.
WHO CAN I CONTACT TO GET TECHNICAL INFORMATION?
Our sales team is available to provide you with any information. Reach them by phone or email on weekdays from 8:00 am to 5:00pm. You can contact them if needed when installing products or for specific uses.
I WANT TO RETURN MY PRODUCT: HOW CAN I DO THAT?
To return a product for after-sales service, please fill out the form provided in your personal account in the section ‘After-Sales Service’. Our team takes care of pick-up. Your item will be returned to you repaired or replaced within 8 days.
HOW LONG ARE PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY?
Our products have a two-year warranty.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE USER MANUALS?
The user manuals are available in your personal account.
THE RADIO IS DISPLAYING ‘PWD’: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When the car stereo displays ‘PWD’ just enter the security code (password). You can find it in the user manual for the car stereo.
HERE’S WHAT YOU SHOULD DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE A PACKAGE:
1 – Make sure that the package and/or pallet is/are properly strapped

No reservation can be made when receiving the package. The recipient must send the reservation to the sender:
- Per email
- D+1 before noon
- With the attachments mentioned below
Evidence to be provided for the investigation of the complaint:
- Photos of the merchandise,
- Photos of the damage,
- Photos of the packaging,
- Photos of the transport label,
- Copy of the invoice,
