AMS is striving for continuous improvement

ISO,management

AMS has both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification. What do these standards mean? What impacts do they have on us and on our products? What are the benefits for you? We’ll be answering all these questions in this article.

1 – Standard ISO 9001:2015:

L’IISO 9001:2015 refers to a set of criteria that apply to quality management systems. In other words, it helps ensure that organisations are using an effective system with a view to continuously improving their products and services.

This continuous improvement approach means that AMS can meet its customers’ needs in full, by making client satisfaction a priority.

2 – Standard ISO 14001:2015:

ISO 14001:2015 refers to a set of criteria that apply to environmental management systems. This standard is designed to improve organisations’ environmental performance and limit their environmental impact.

As with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, AMS is striving for continuous improvement by taking sustainable measures to protect the environment. As such, we have halved our cardboard waste since 2018.

With these two certifications, AMS has been taking significant, sustainable steps over the years to provide you with the highest quality services and products. We listen to your needs and expectations to ensure client satisfaction today, while tackling the challenges of tomorrow.
