Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hrs.

Where can I buy your products?

You can buy our products through our partner dealer network or from our website.

Who can I contact to get technical information?

Our sales team is available to provide you with any information. Reach them by phone or email on weekdays from 8:30 am to 6:00pm. You can contact them if needed when installing products or for specific uses.

I want to return my product: how can I do that?

To return a product for after-sales service, please fill out the form provided in your personal account in the section ‘After-Sales Service’. Our team takes care of pick-up. Your item will be returned to you repaired or replaced within 8 days.

How long are products under warranty?

Our products have a two-year warranty.

Where can I find the user manuals?

Our user manuals are available on our product pages. You must be logged into your personal account to download them.

The radio is displaying ‘PWD’: what should I do?

When the car stereo displays ‘PWD’ just enter the security code (password). You can find it in the user manual for the car stereo.

Here’s what you should do when you receive a package:

1 – Make sure that the package and/or pallet is/are properly strapped
2 – If the package does not have a strap, you have two options:
– Refuse the package
– Accept the package. Check its contents and report any concerns. You have 48 hrs. to file a claim with the carrier.
